Scattered wind damage, a lifted ridge, a leak around a vent, most of what we get called about is a repair, and that’s what goes in the estimate. A replacement is the right call when the deck underneath is wet, the shingles are at the end of their life across the whole slope, or the last roof was laid over a problem. We’ll show you the photos either way, and leave you a written report you keep whether or not you hire us.

Shingle, flat and low-slope.

Pitched roofs get asphalt shingle systems installed by GAF factory-trained and certified crews, with Class A fire-rated shingle options. Flat and low-slope roofs, garages, two-flats, commercial units, industrial buildings, get systems built for Chicago’s freeze-thaw winters and the spring ponding that comes after.

We handle the paperwork.

Storm damage? We photograph everything first and help you file with your insurer. It does not matter who wrote your policy. Zoning, permits and HOA approvals are ours to chase, not yours.
